Catering stations and race-stages |
The red stars mark the positions of the race-stages. Diploma, time and ranking for all participants who choose to finish their race at any of the race-stages.
Runners who wish to continue their race can get massage as well as food and drink.
The yellow stars show the positions of the catering stations where simple massage service is offered.
Each station is also provided with elementary medical equipment.
Transport service to the starting place in Adak every 30 minutes.
